SHIPPING POLICY:
Our policy is to provide quality economic shipping of your purchase. The Buyer pays for all shipping costs and handling fees (handling fees non-refundable) as negotiated between Buyer and Seller. Because of how we determine the costs of those values, we will refund ALL EXCESS shipping fees collected that are not used in the shipping of your purchase via PayPal. If you do not have an account with PayPal, refunding by check will require a $2.50 charge for that service for handling purposes. This will be taken from the refund balance owed.
In calculating shipping for any item purchased, we over-estimate the approximate size of shipping container and weight to include packing materials. If the item is small we try to use Priority Mail since boxes are free and requires minimal packing material. It doesn’t mean we will not attempt to go with Media Mail or First Class. Larger items can require extensive packing material to secure and protect your purchase. The container can range from a simple cardboard box with tape to heavy cartons with packing staples, or to wooden crates built for that item. There has been an instance that the item has been banded to a pallet and shipped by freight as well. Handling fees are based on materials needed for shipping that purchase.
After determining the size and weight of that item we utilize the various methods of transportation that are available to ship. In shipping larger items (usually 3lbs and more), we prefer to use the UPS website to determine costs as they have the most accurate site for shipping costs. We have found that all carriers’ websites may not include a special fee specific to the location to be shipped to that may have issues in delivery. This is found out when taken to that carrier for shipping.
If you request specific means of transport please let us know. If you have an address that is specific to a carrier (i.e. can only go by US Mail vs. UPS/FedEx) please let us know. We can do it provided we are informed. Shipping insurance is normally included with shipments if through FedEx or UPS. Other carriers offer insurance separately. Any purchases over $10 will be billed insurance. If Buyer waives insurance on purchase, they will take full responsibility of damage during shipment and handling.
RETURN POLICY:
Items returned only if not as described in auction or emails within 3 days of receipt of purchase when notification of intent is given. Shipping and handling fees not refundable and Buyer pays for return shipment of item. We will answer all questions posed to us about condition of item in question prior to end of auction or final intent of purchase made.
Under Auction conditions, willful neglect of these stipulations will result in termination of sale, negative feedback or both.
